Paying for your treatment
Redhouse accepts cash and credit cards.
We do not offer any credit systems and ask that treatments must be paid for at the time of the appointment.
You might also want to consider the long term budgeting options offered by Denplan.
Late or missed appointments and cancellations
Sometimes the unexpected happens and we need to change our plans. But if you are unable to attend your appointment you must let us know with at least 24 hours notice (for a dentist appointment) and 48 hours notice if you are seeing a hygienist.
In fairness to all our patients if you fail to attend your appointment without telling us, or make a late cancellation we may charge you. It could also mean that you are removed from the practice list.
Emergency services (for registered patients)
During working hours (please see our Contact Us section) we will endeavour to see emergencies on the same day. Non-registered patients will also be seen, on a private basis.
However this may not always be possible if you are calling later in the day. So please call before 10am to be seen on the same day.
Out of hours emergencies are looked after by an on call service. Please call Redhouse on 01527 63141 for the number of the on-call service.
Looking after us, as we look after you
We will always try to book you with the dentist of your choice however this may not always be possible.

While we sincerely hope patients are happy with the service received from Redhouse, we do operate a complaints procedures in line with the guidelines of the General Dental Council (GDC). You will find further information with our reception team.
